Your contravention number can be found on the bottom right hand of your ticket and will always begin with a “P” which must be entered before the number for online payment.
When entering your parking penalty (ticket) number please use the format P followed by the 4 digit number sequence with no dashes or spaces in between.
Please note that this option is available for City of Selkirk issued tickets only. Speeding and other tickets issued under the Highway Traffic Act or other provincial act can be paid online by visiting the Manitoba Justice website here: Province of Manitoba | justice – Online Fine Payments (gov.mb.ca
Note: Online payments are exclusively for parking tickets. General tickets require in-person payment at the Civic Office, located at 200 Eaton Avenue.
