PURCHASING/SHIPPING/PICK-UP:

If we have your desired item(s) in stock, we will prepare the order for same day or next business day pick-up or shipping & delivery if you are located within the locations below.

All deliveries are made Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm, No deliveries will be made on Weekends.  

**Deliveries must be made to a physical address – NO P.O. Boxes**

All deliveries are EXPRESS deliveries and cost a flat rate of $9.00

Please note that you must be located within the exact boundaries of the above locations to qualify for shipping.

The total price of your order will be charged upon completion of your credit card information.

Your order is deemed complete and approved once you receive an email notifying you that your item(s) have been shipped.

Out-of-stock orders will be cancelled, and you will be notified when the item(s) become available again.

Should you decide to cancel you order, you may do so with a full refund prior to receiving the confirmation of shipping email.

We reserve the right at any time to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever including if you are not located within the boundaries of any of the above-mentioned locations or if your address is not a physical location.

If delivery of your order is cancelled due to location, you will have the option to pick your order up from the address below and you will be refunded the shipping fee, or we can cancel your entire order. We will be in contact to see how you would like to proceed.

Item(s) purchased may not be used for resale.

If the price of any item displayed on our site is incorrect, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.

EXCHANGES:

Incorrect size? Wrong item received/ordered? Damaged upon delivery? Let us know! You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange your item(s).

Exchanges are only valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused/unworn or unharmed. Manufactures defects are accepted for exchange. 

At this time, exchanges can only be processed in person at the address below, but we plan to expand this service soon so that you ship your item back to us should you need to.

Program Registration Agreement

I/we the undersigned hereby acknowledge that certain risks of injury are inherent to participation in sports and recreational activities. These types of injuries may be minor or serious and may result from one’s actions or inactions of others, or a combination of both.

I/we understand that the rules and regulations are designed for the safety and protection of participants and hereby undertake to abide by these rules and regulations.

I/we understand that certain activities require a minimum level of fitness and health (physical, mental, and emotional) and that each person has a different capacity of participating in these activities.

I/we agree that the City of Selkirk and/or its employees, servants, or agents shall not be liable for any injury to any person or loss or damage to personal property arising from, or in any way resulting from, my or my child’s participation in these activities, unless such injury, loss, or damage is caused solely by the negligence of the City or its employees, servants, or agents while acting.

COVID-19 Information for Play Zone

Only Participants and Staff will be allowed in the building. Upon arrival you child and yourself will speak with the Play Zone Staff member located at the check-in table at the South Entrance door, your child will enter through this door and wash their hands upon entry.
As a parent/guardian you will be required to correctly complete the screening questionnaire for your child(ren), sign in your child(ren), and have taken their temperature prior to arrival at the Play Zone, daily. Staff will also have to correctly fill out the screening questionnaire and have their temperature taken daily.
When picking up your child please speak with the Play Zone Staff member located at the check-out table located at the East Door, between the KIN Centre building and the outdoor rink. The Play Zone staff member will retrieve your child for you; children will wash their hands upon exit.
Please practice social distancing and hygiene practices when at/near the Play Zone Program
At the Play Zone, participants are practicing social distancing to the best of our abilities; participants will have designated storage zones that are separated from each other, the building is now outfitted with signage and arrows to indicate separation, contact activities and games have been eliminated or revised, as well as other social distancing measures are in place. At the Play Zone we have also implemented heightened hygiene practices including frequent hand washing, routine cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing of washrooms, high-touch surfaces and shared toys and equipment, as well as various other hygiene practices.
Play Zone Staff members are personally following the Public Health Orders and we trust that you and your families are too.

Refund Policy for Play Zone

This is a free registration based program. If a registrant withdraws from the program after registering, the parents/ guardian must contact the Play Zone Staff with this information.
Note: Weather permitting. The Play Zone Program may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.

I/we agree that we have read and understood the above Informed Consent Agreement, COVID-19 Information and Refund Policy in its entirety and hereby consent to participate, acknowledging all the foregoing.

Only Campers and Staff will be allowed in the building.  Upon arrival you child and yourself will speak with the Camp Awesome Staff member located at the check-in table at the front, right hand side of the building, your child will enter through the large garage doors on the right hand side of the building and wash their hands upon entry.

As a parent/guardian you will be required to correctly complete the screening questionnaire for your child(ren), sign in your child(ren), and have taken their temperature prior to arrival at Camp Awesome, daily.  Staff will also have to correctly fill out the screening questionnaire and have their temperature taken daily.

When picking up your child please speak with the Camp Awesome Staff member located at the check-out table at the front, left hand side of the Camp Awesome building and they will retrieve your child for you; children will wash their hands upon exit.

Refund Policy for Camp Awesome

If a registrant withdraws from a program 5 or more business days before the start of the program, they may receive a full refund minus a $15.00 administration fee. Refunds after this date are subject to the discretion of the Director of Culture, Recreation and Green Transportation. Request for refunds must be in writing (email). NSF cheques will be charged a $40 fee.

A full refund will be issued for any program cancelled by the City of Selkirk.

No refunds will be issued for any participants that have been asked to leave a class or program.

Note: Individual classes during a program may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. Makeup classes will be offered, when possible.

PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT    

Where applicable, I/we agree to allow myself or my child to be photographed while participating in City of Selkirk programs for future advertising publications. I/we agree to allow my child to participate in off-campus field trips that may require the use of public transportation.
