2025 Swim Lessons – Session 7

Required for our report card management software.

If the swimmer completed swim lessons at Selkirk Park Pool in Summer 2024, please include their report card participant number below.
Ex: CoBangert2018 – If the swimmer does not have a report card participant number, please type in “None”.

Please enter an emergency contact that can be called in the event of an emergency. Please include their name, relationship to the participant and phone number. (Ex: Jane Doe, Grandmother, 204-111-1111). Note: Should be different than parent/guardian listed above.

By clicking this you agree to the Program Registration Agreement, along with all program terms and conditions listed on our website. We require a parent/guardian to be presented in the facility for swim lessons for all swimmers under the age of 12.

I give permission to the City of Selkirk to take and use photos or videos of me (or my child, if under 18) for promotional purposes including social media, website, and other communications. I understand these may be used without compensation and may be seen by the public.

We promise not to spam you! We send out information about programs and events approximately 4 times per year.
